Accessibility statement

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://hyperlander.de/ and was last updated on July 7, 2025.
We place great importance on providing the most accessible access possible to our online services. Therefore, we strive to make the website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV), which implements EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

Status of compliance with requirements:
The accessibility requirements arise from Section 14 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BFSG) in conjunction with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the BFSG and are further specified by the BFSGV (Federal Data Protection Ordinance).
The technical implementation is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance levels A and AA, as well as EN 301 549.
Accessibility was last reviewed on July 1, 2025, as part of a self-assessment by the operator. The tools used for the assessment are "WAVE by WebAIM" and a custom-developed checklist based on the BITV test.

Compliance status:
The website is partially compliant with the above-mentioned requirements. This means that some content is not fully accessible.

Description of content and services:
Sale and presentation of expedition vehicles.

Non-accessible content:
The following content is currently mostly accessible:

  • The focus order sometimes differs from the visual order.
  • The keyboard focus is not consistently visible, or for some elements the keyboard focus is only partially visible.
  • Some elements have an accessible label that differs from the visible one.
  • The sub-items of the main navigation cannot be accessed via keyboard command.
  • Due to technical reasons, the video on the homepage cannot be stopped.

We are continuously working to identify and remove these barriers.

The website uses the following technologies for presentation and interaction: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA.
It has been tested with the following browsers: Chromium-based browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari), Mozilla Firefox
